By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

Product Description

Datacriterion sells standalone, downloadable data packages. These packages contain processed, standardized, and structured data derived from official public statistical sources (such as the U.S. Census Bureau or Eurostat). We do not sell raw public data, but rather the value-added processing, formatting (CSV/Parquet), and documentation included in the package.

License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided data packages for your personal, academic, or commercial analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the exact packaged data product in its entirety as a competing standalone product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we take great care in processing, standardizing, and packaging the data, the original data is sourced from third-party public entities. Therefore, Datacriterion provides the data “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the original source data.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all customer service inquiries regarding payment processing and returns (subject to our Refund Policy).
