Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the data package has been downloaded.

We provide clear documentation, sample data, and preview images prior to purchase to ensure you know exactly what you are receiving.

Exceptions

We will only issue refunds under the following circumstances:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or technically defective and cannot be opened.
• There is a critical, verifiable error in our processing or packaging of the data that renders the dataset unusable, and we are unable to provide a corrected version within a reasonable timeframe.
