Contact us when you need a fit, purchase or license answer

Most visitors can start on a flagship, sample or license page. Use this route when you want to start a purchase, request a sample, ask about bundle scope or clarify a license case that is not already answered on the site.

hello@datacriterion.com for fit, sample and bundle questions | licences@datacriterion.com for license-scope and reuse questions.

Use hello@ for

  • purchase requests for visible packs
  • sample requests
  • fit questions
  • bundle ideas
  • orientation when you are not sure which flagship fits

Use licences@ for

  • internal versus team use questions
  • redistribution or client-delivery questions
  • commercial-use edge cases
  • license scope before purchase

What to include so the first reply is useful

  • The exact pack, sample or page route you already reviewed.
  • Whether the question is about fit, structure, bundle scope or reuse rights.
  • Your intended use case, including team or client context when it matters.
  • Any deadline or decision point that changes the urgency of the reply.

If the answer already exists on a flagship, sample, methodology or licenses page, the first reply should send you back to that exact route instead of creating a detached manual path.

What happens after you write

  1. Start from the closest flagship, sample, methodology or license page.
  2. Use hello@ when the next action is a purchase request, sample request or fit discussion.
  3. Use licences@ when the main uncertainty is reuse scope, client delivery or redistribution.
  4. The first reply points back to the relevant pack and license page, with any missing clarification added.
  5. Initial response target: next business day.
