Full legal text for the Pro tier

1. Scope, nature and duration

• This license covers the delivered pack assets, including CSV, Parquet and equivalent files, notebooks, series dictionaries, metadata, previews, validation reports, bundles and any commercial evaluation samples expressly included with the pack.
• The product combines official or public-source data with original selection, cleaning, normalization, packaging, documentation and quality-control work.
• Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license of use. It does not transfer intellectual property in the pack or its packaging.
• The license is perpetual for the version actually acquired unless terminated for material breach. Future updates, expanded coverage or new products are not included unless an offer states so in writing.

2. Pro tier grant

• Up to 5 named users inside the same legal entity.
• Internal commercial use.
• Internal dashboards, reports, research, newsletters and internal materials created by the purchasing organization.
• Derived charts, analyses and visualizations are allowed as long as the raw files do not become exposed.

Pro does not allow

• Sharing the pack with third parties outside the licensed entity.
• Selling or delivering the raw files to clients.
• Operating a recurring third-party service whose deliverable depends on the pack as raw input.

3. Samples, derived outputs and attribution

Free samples

• Samples exist only to evaluate format, quality and compatibility.
• Samples are not delivered for redistribution, resale, public replacement of the full pack, or model-training and enrichment uses.

Permitted derived outputs

• Charts, summarized tables, dashboards, reports, presentations, newsletters, editorials, models and internal analyses are allowed inside the purchased scope.
• The raw files must never become accessible, reconstructable or downloadable by unlicensed third parties.

Sources and attribution

• Official or public source systems keep their own origin terms.
• If a source requires attribution or a particular citation format, that requirement still applies.
• For public outputs, best practice is to cite the primary official source and, when useful, the Datacriterion pack as the processing layer.

4. Prohibited uses applying to all tiers

1. Reselling, sublicensing, gifting or redistributing the full product or any substantial portion of the raw data.
2. Publishing the pack in public or private repositories accessible by unlicensed third parties.
3. Building an API, database, feed or service that substitutes for the pack itself.
4. Sharing download links or files with people outside the named-user scope purchased.
5. Removing license notices, attributions or source references where they are required.
6. Using the raw data, or a substantial portion of it, for model training, LLM enrichment, embeddings, scoring systems or resale-oriented enrichment products without written permission.
7. Presenting the product as if it were fully your own, except for derived outputs where the raw files are not delivered.
